I recall the early on they were saying "that's how (Scalia) slept but then after much heat he "clarified" his STORY to say the pillow was BEYOND his head, between his head & the headboard which is "above" his head
So lame. Why would you even mention a pillow that he's not using unless it was notable.
If it was the pillow he WAS ON the guy might have said "with his head ON the pillow"
