Anyone else think "The ultimate question" has a whole lot to do with Hitchhiker's Guide To The Galaxy? Deep Thought came up with The Answer as 42, but reminded his acolytes that nobody had actually specified the question. But to find out what the question was would take a much larger computer, so one was built. Turned out to be the Earth and its Humans. Which was destroyed to make way for a bypass just as a girl in a coffee shop in Rickmansworth came up with the question. So it had to be rebuilt, and at the end of the story we see the Scrabble board exercise coming up with The Question.
as in question and answer session? or a hidden clue that happens to look like a letter Q, an ampersand, and a letter A?
