I'm particularly intrgigued that he was connected to NO NAME as far back as 12 years ago, when this book was published.

Unfortunately, No Name's FOREWORD to Loughry's book is not available in the "preview" on Amazon.com. If anyone has it and can post it, that would be great.

Meanwhile, I've at least uploaded an image of NO NAME's (and Byrd's) credit for the Foreword.
