Japanese dude on vacation to NYC goes into a bank to exchange some Yen for Dollars.
He goes back a few days later to get more dollars and on his way out the door realizes he got less dollars for is Yen than last time so he goes back and asks the teller why. She replies: "Fluctuations". He thinks about it for minute then says, fluck you Amelicans too!
