Anyone else and it would be "animal cruelty" (linkrel)

>If the supreme court takes Trumps Presidential immunity away.

It means any President, be it former or current, loses their immunity and can be charged for crimes. Presidential Immunity, however, does not extend to Sedition or Treason.

Some crimes, especially involving RICO, typically do not have a half-life, meaning charges can be brought up later, if there is substantial evidence of a crime. For example, Clinton and Dubya would probably not be charged with high crimes, but could be charged with corruption, racketeering, 9-11, etc. POTATUS and Obama, though, well, they're headed for high crimes, so the lesser crimes would be moot and tie them up in the legal system for years before sentencing. That's why Q pointed it out. High Crimes get no appeal.

>They just got done stripping immunity from a cop who handcuffed and forced an 83 year old woman to kneel during a traffic stop.

Government Officials, be it Federal, State, Local or County level should be held to higher standards, anyway. The majority of them are "supposed to know the law" (tm) as a job requirement.

ZING! Give this Anon a shekel! They know if they're held to higher standards (which should be expected) the gravy train runs dry. Not a single one of our "Representatives" in Congress is in office "for the people." Why would the State and Local governments be any different?

>I would of thought Presidential immunity would be different to police immunity?

It's all by design, Anon. The shit show we're witnessing currently really shifted gears in the late 1940s, to accelerate morphing us into a dystopia police state. Basically the same timeframe a certain "state" was created, who seems to be a problem for just about every other nation in the world.
