Almost exactly the same for me except I fucked around for the first 15 years on a 30 year note before waking up. It is amazing how you develop and intolerance for "stuff" once you get out of debt.

Use the system. Don't let it use you. As a walk in the patient is free to refuse any treatment or advice. Arrive in an ambulance and you get a free vaxx plus anything else they decide you need. The first option reduces the chances of the second option.YMMV.
