Hey, nothing wrong with ramen noodles.
I marinate whatever meat (beef, pork, chicken) in my own marinade with garlic and fresh ginger, flash fry that and then stir fry mixed vegetables, add the noodles and use the marinade to make a sauce.
And people in Africa are still suffering respiratory problems due to these traditional methods.
