NEW: A Florida prosecutor has announced the first death penalty case for child rpe after Gov. DeSantis signed a measure into law allowing child rpists to be put to death.

Joseph Andrew Giampa filmed a video of him forcing a child under 12 to perform a s*x act on him before he forced himself on the child.
Thanks to DeSantis' new law, Giampa may be put to death and Fifth Judicial Circuit State Attorney Bill Gladson wants to make sure it happens.
The death penalty "reflects the gravity of the charges and the State Attorney’s Office’s dedication to holding criminals accountable for their actions… Our commitment to ensuring justice and protecting the vulnerable remains unwavering."

This is why. We have prison ships everywhere. Last night dr Jan halper confirmed for me. 4 of them are holding tribunals and have been for 2 years now. One in Japan one in Australia one in Europe and one in the Mediterranean Sea which I believe to be cape Vincent which was just outside of Cyprus when the Israel Hamas conflict began. We have one in New York one in San Diego one in Alabama and one in Philly/Virginia. Also was one in Hawaii. They are always heavily guarded and lots of aircraft coming and going to these places especially overseas to Japan Australia ect.
