I understand that. I wasn't very clear with my question. What do you think the Judge is going to do when he finds out he has been played? It doesn't sound like he is in on the game plan. They have 1 week to do something. Either let the Judge in on it or start wrapping up the cases.
His plea deal had arrangements in it where he would be acting covertly in some situations to gain intel.
