Harper in my opinion was doing all he could to slow down Hussein and HRC while he was in office. He finally quit when he couldn't see a hope of changing anything.
My guess is he is in the WH trying to find out what is really going on, so he can help the conservatives in Canada fix the mess Trudeau has created.
The media went after Harper really hard in Canada, not quite as bad as Trump, but much the same. Therefore I really believe he wasn't cabal or deepstate.

Yes he was, how was he supposed to stop it? Go to war with USA? Try a little harder. US govt is way to powerful for CA govt to stop them from committing crimes.
