Former Defense Department Chief of Staff Kash Patel joined Maria Bartiromo this morning along with Attorney Alan Dershowitz to discuss political hitman Jack Smith and his political maneuvers to take down Donald Trump.

During their conversation Kash Patel reminded the FOX News audience that Republicans just voted to reauthorize the FISA Program through the 2024 election that was used to spy on President Trump by the FBI in 2016 and beyond.

It is well known today that the FBI knowingly and willfully lied to the FISA Court to spy on the Trump Campaign in 2016 and later on his administration and even family members.

Kash Patel: Yeah, it’s great to be with you, Maria. Look, the biggest concern I have going forward is the politicization and weaponization and creation of a two tier system of justice as a result. Back when Devin Nunes and I ran the Russia gate investigation and exposed the FISA corruption, we recommended a slew of fixes. So it never happened again. Unfortunately, Congress chose to allow 702 FISA to basically be reauthorized.

What does that mean? What is 702? It’s fancy for foreign intelligence surveillance. It means me, as a former national security prosecutor and intelligence operative, would go overseas and manhunt terrorists. That’s what it’s for. But the FISA court, in April of 2022, publicized an opinion that said the FBI used it illegally 275,000 times domestically against Americans, 16 different occasions against those affiliated with, January 6, 19,000 times domestically against donors to a congressional campaign, and, wait for it, 24,000 separate times against Americans and groups in and around January 6.

That FISA process has been turned on its head, redirected inwards. And anyone who says, oh, that’s just a Republican conspiracy speak, that’s the FISA court that rescinded Rod Rosenstein’s illegal surveillance of Donald Trump twice based on our investigation. And now they do it again, and they prove the FBI and DOJ have weaponized justice. And the Republican leadership in Congress allowed it to be reauthorized, essentially through the next election cycle…

…What Chris Ray has now done is weaken American national security and redirected one of the most sensitive intelligence apparatuses against elections and those protesting their free speech right within America. And every time the FISA court asked the FBI, why did you allow your agents to do this? Their answer was, I could not recall. And they gave them a get out of jail free card.

And the Republican majority, I know this is harsh, rewarded them for breaking the law and allowing this election interference to continue through 2024, mainly against Donald Trump.

Russia wants to improve ties with NATO, not fight – Putin

Moscow has no fundamental disputes with Western countries, but they insist on confrontation, the president has said

Russia does not have the slightest reason to attack NATO, President Vladimir Putin has said, adding that the US-led military bloc is well aware that Moscow has no plans to do so.

In an interview with Russian journalist Pavel Zarubin aired on Sunday, Putin was asked to comment on remarks by US President Joe Biden, who said earlier this month that Moscow might attack the alliance if it prevails in the Ukraine conflict.

The Russian leader dismissed his American counterpart’s speculation as “nonsense.”

“I think that President Biden understands that this is just a figure of speech to justify his misguided Russian policy,” he said, explaining that he does not believe Moscow’s “strategic defeat” would be in the interests of the US.

Putin went on to say that the president of the United States – which he called the “master” of NATO – surely knows that “Russia has no interest… geopolitically, economically or militarily… in waging war against NATO.”

Moscow, he added, has no claims on the territory of the bloc’s member states and only seeks to improve ties with them. However, the West’s political course is making this increasingly difficult, Putin noted, citing the example of Finland, which applied to join NATO after the start of the Ukraine conflict and became a full-fledged member in April.

Russia has no disputes with its Nordic neighbor, Putin said, noting that the last territorial claims were settled after the end of WWII. “We had the most open-hearted, cordial relations… We had no problems, but now are going to, because we are going to create the Leningrad military district and deploy certain military units there. Why did they need that?”

The president added that Russia has no quarrel with other NATO states either. “It is they who are artificially creating problems with us because they don’t want Russia as a rival.”

Russian officials have repeatedly described relations between Moscow and Washington as being at an all-time low, blaming the situation on the US’ support for Ukraine, as well as the country’s stance on arms control.

Earlier this month, former Russian President Dmitry Medvedev said the two powers are balancing on the brink of a hot war, with the last similar stand-off dating back to the Cuban Missile Crisis in the 1960s.

Former Adviser to Pope Jailed – Found Guilty in Vatican Corruption Scandal

A former adviser to the Pope, Cardinal Angelo Becciu, has been convicted of financial crimes and sentenced to five and a half years in prison.

Becciu, 75, is the most senior Catholic Church official ever to stand trial before a Vatican criminal court.

The Gateway Pundit reported on the trial of ten defendants accused of embezzlement involving participation in an investment fund and the purchase of a building in London, which resulted in huge losses for the Catholic Church.

According to Vatican News, the charges included money laundering, fraud, extortion, and abuse of office, extracting millions of dollars from the Vatican.

The nearly 500-page indictment was issued in July 2021 with 30,000 pages of supplemental documentation supplied by prosecutors.

During the trial, a secretly recorded phone call between Pope Francis and Cardinal Becciu was played to the Vatican Court.

The court said Becciu had been irresponsible and “highly speculative” to invest more than $200 million with Mincione’s fund between 2013-2014, noting this was about a third of the holdings of the Secretariat of State at the time.

In 2018, with Becciu in another Vatican job, the secretariat of state felt it was being deceived by Mincione and turned to another financier, Gianluigi Torzi, for help in squeezing Mincione out and buying the rest of the building.

In 2020, before Becciu’s fall from grace, he was removed from his job as head of the Vatican office overseeing the canonization of saints by Pope Francis with no public explanation.

Although he retained his title, he lost his most important right as a cardinal to participate in a conclave to elect a future pope.

Australian government is trying to sneak through Digital Identity Bill over Christmas

Stephen Andrew, Member of Parliament for Mirani, Queensland, Australia, has alerted the public to sneaky tactics being employed by the Australian Government to push through digital ID laws over the Christmas period.

“Labor’s Digital Identity Bill 2023 was introduced to the Senate last week, without any fanfare, by the Minister for Finance, Katy Gallagher,” he said in a Facebook post on 13 December 2023.

“The Digital ID Bill 2023 and the Digital ID (Transitional and Consequential Provisions) Bill 2023 was immediately referred to the Senate’s Economics Legislation Committee, for inquiry and report by 28 February 2024.

“Once passed, the scheme will be up and running by July 2024.”

The government has invited the public to submit their objections to the bill, the closing date is 19 January 2024, when families are focused on Christmas and the New Year.

“Apart from the introduction of a digital currency, I can think of no other issue more crucial when it comes to human freedom than the worldwide push for a Digital Identity system,” Mr. Andrew said.

“It is crucial that the Committee receives a tidal wave of submissions and feedback opposing the introduction of these bills, otherwise their passage through parliament will become a fait accompli.”

Urging the public to make a submission, Mr. Andrew said: “I know it’s Christmas and everyone is burnt out politically for the year, but this issue is vitally important … Don’t let them succeed! … Tell the Senate Standing Committee on Economics to reject the Digital ID Bill 2023.”

As well as a submission to the Senate Standing Committees on Economics which can be made HERE, Mr. Andrew shared the link to a petition.

“The Albanese Labor Government has just lobbed a dystopian grenade in our laps – the Digital ID Bill 2023. And nobody asked for it,” the petition on Citizen Go states. “This is not about meeting public demand; it’s about bowing to globalist pressures.”

“Since 2015, Canberra, at the behest of the United Nations (UN), the World Economic Forum (WEF), and other globalist elite institutions, has been crafting a digital identity system. Nahida and her daughter, Samar, were shot 'in cold blood' by a sniper as they walked to the Holy Family Parish in Gaza, the patriarch said in a statement, adding that the holy site had been struck three times by projectiles fired by an Israeli tank.

'One was killed as she tried to carry the other to safety,' the statement continued, adding that seven others were wounded by gunfire as they tried to protect others.

Kanye West goes on viral antisemitic rant at Las Vegas hotel

West claimed that the Rothschilds and Zionists ran the schools and hospitals.

Kanye West, a rapper who obtained the title "Antisemite of the Year" in 2022 by the Campaign Against Antisemitism, went on an antisemitic rant in Las Vegas on December 15, according to numerous media reports and footage taken of the incident.

West also complained of the struggles of co-parenting with his ex-wife Kim Kardashian, and about former President Donald Trump and West's former business partners in the 10-minute-long rant.

At one point in the video, West screamed “It’s 60 million of us in America, 60 million Jews in the world.”

It is unclear what his remark is in reference to, since as of 2021, the US population was five and a half times that at 331.9 million people, according to the World Bank. Similarly, the Jewish Agency for Israel claimed in 2023 that there are only 15.3 million Jewish people in the world, which is also a far cry from the 60 million claimed by West, but in the opposite direction.

West later referenced his initial comments on education, accusing his crowd of all “having your kids in that zionist school.”

The rant also included threats of violence against Mike Rubin, the CEO of Fanatics, the world's leading provider of licensed sports merchandise; and executive chairman of Rue Gilt Groupe.

Many of the companies that sponsored West dropped him after he threatened to go “death con 3” on Jewish people last year.

Speaking of his divorce, West said that the divorce lawyer warned him that maintaining his public antisemitism may lead to him having restricted access to his kids. West said that this was evidence he wasn't allowed to have opinions.

JPMorgan CEO Demands World Governments ‘Seize Private Property To Save The Planet’

World governments must begin forcibly seizing private property from citizens to build wind and solar farms to “fight climate change,” according to JPMorgan CEO Jamie Dimon.

According to Dimon, world governments should invoke “eminent domain” to seize private property from ordinary people and begin investing in solar projects and other green initiatives.

“At the same time, permitting reforms are desperately needed to allow investment to be done in any kind of timely way. We may even need to evoke [sic] eminent domain – we simply are not getting the adequate investments fast enough for grid, solar, wind and pipeline initiatives,” Dimon wrote.

“Massive global investment in clean energy in technologies must be done and must continue to grow year-over-year,” Dimon continued. “To expedite progress, governments, businesses and non-governmental organizations need to align across a series of practical policy changes that comprehensively address fundamental issues that are holding us back.”
