>authorities rule out engine failure

Moar thoughts on that: Engine may be fine but if flaps are in wrong position like that US mil cargo plane disaster in Afghanistan, thenโ€ฆ

And those cars accelerating out of control had no โ€˜engine failureโ€™ either. My gut says mostly really experienced pilots fly those experimental kit planes and that relatively inexperienced pilots would tend to fly your standard tried-and-true plane designs.

>why? anon thought the world was warming.

Well, one reason might have to do with Yerp reactivating all those old deactivated coal-fired energy plants when someone blew up their underwater natural gas pipeline. The other is that the myth that the world has turned the corner in going green in energy production can be seen in third world energy production that never shifted from coal energy plants. The West was the only participant in the endeavor. So, growing third world coal use plus Yerp firing up its old coal plants, in the last year- and voila.
