J, hate to break it to you, you will immediately find it is neither new nor pioneering. However, none of that makes it less interesting or ripe for innovation.
You cannot “confront”/redpill/convince someone unless you “speak” their worldview., otherwise it’s like you’re speaking a foreign or little-understood language.
If you really care, locate a copy of Spiral Dynamics, and every time you formulate argument on a subject, formulate a positional argument for each color. Then try to notice when someone upshifts/downshifts and follow them. IMO they will almost always return to the color they started at.
I believe you genuinely want to help, but I honestly, deeply believe you simply cannot unless you understand the fundamentals of how people really relate to the world, and the best “step one” I have come across, with the maximum utility per page (yes, including all of its 80s/90s cringe factor) is Spiral Dynamics - Mastering Values, Leadership and Change

The only reason I know anything at all is that years ago I posted some things and someone recognized something within me and took the time to give me some useful tips. I am attempting to repay that favor. If I do succeed, maybe you will do the same.
One interesting concept that has arisen here in the specific context of Q is the concept of "orienting generalization". Think of this: heading 270? False. Heading 271? False. Heading 267? False. Going West? True. Yet 270, 271, 267 are all West headings.
Similarly, no specific work in the Spiral Dynamics universe is TRUE but it is all true. The use of "orienting generalization" will give it away where I ventured next with some exhilarating success and some frustration.
