Georgia Elections Workers Sue Giuliani Again – Seek to “Permanently Bar” Him From Making Public Statements About Their 2020 Election Activity

Georgia elections workers Ruby Freeman and Wandrea “Shaye” Moss sued Rudy Giuliani again on Monday seeking to “permanently bar” him from making public statements about them related to their involvement in counting ballots in the 2020 presidential election.

The defamation suit was related to Giuliani’s statements about the two Georgia election workers seen on surveillance video from the State Farm Arena tabulation center on election night in 2020.

Video played at a Georgia Senate hearing in December 2020 allegedly showed the election workers scanning ballots without an independent state monitor present.

“The two women asked the court to prevent Giuliani from “making or publishing … further statements repeating any and all false claims that plaintiffs engaged in election fraud, illegal activity, or misconduct of any kind during or related to the 2020 presidential election.” ABC News reported.

The new lawsuit comes after a DC jury on Friday ruled that Rudy Giuliani owes plaintiffs $148 MILLION in Ruby Freeman and Shaye Moss’ lawsuit against him for alleged defamation after he claimed the two women contributed to voter fraud in Georgia’s 2020 election.

Obama-appointed Judge Beryl Howell decided Giuliani was liable for defaming Ruby Freeman and Shaye Moss because he didn’t turn over electronic devices the FBI confiscated from him.

Because of the default judgment, Rudy Giuliani was unable to present any evidence, including the State Farm Arena surveillance video, to back up his claims.

Giuliani spoke to The Gateway Pundit’s Jordan Conradson exclusively on Friday night to share his thoughts and plans to appeal the DC Court’s finding that he defamed Georgia 2020 election workers.

“My next steps are going to be to appeal it.” Giuliani told TGP’s Jordan Conradson, “It is going to take a while because there’s so much to appeal.”

“I don’t think it could even be described as a trial, because the trial allows you to offer evidence in your defense. I was prohibited from doing that. I was even sort of subtly threatened with jail if I did it, of being held in contempt. So, there are many points on appeal: the fact that she found liability based on a failure of discovery when there were thousands of documents discovered, and I did a deposition, full and complete, without taking the Fifth Amendment and answered all their questions. I’ve never heard of you find somebody guilty based on they didn’t turn over a document. And of this magnitude. I guess the simplest way to put it is at no point did I have an opportunity to offer any evidence in my defense. There was no trial on the merits; she decided it peremptorily. And then, when I tried to do it to mitigate the damages, I was told that I would be contradicting what she had found, and I’d be in contempt of the orders,” Rudy told Conradson.

SICK: Prominent Transgender Activist Kendall Stephens Arrested After Raping Two Minors in Philadelphia

The City of Brotherly Love has been struck by alarming news as Kendall Stephens, a well-known LGBTQ+ activist, was taken into custody on charges of sexual assault against minors.

Stephens, 37, who urged for more inclusive hate crime legislation within the city, faces serious allegations involving two young boys under the age of 13.

Stephens gained wider recognition following an attack in her Point Breeze neighborhood, which she reported as being targeted violence because she is a ‘transgender woman,’ according to FOX 29.

“Stephens is the same woman who survived a brutal hate-crime in her Point Breeze home on August 24, 2020 in which the attacker, Tymesha Wearing pleaded guilty to aggravated assault and conspiracy,” the news outlet reported.

In the wake of her own experience with violence, Stephens had become a voice for LGBTQ+ rights. Her calls for legislative change led to her standing side by side with officiators, including District Attorney Larry Krasner, to establish an LGBTQ+ Advisory Board aimed at providing resources and support for crime victims within the LGBTQ+ community.

The irony of the situation is not lost on the community, with the allegations standing in stark contrast to the activism that Stephens has been involved in.

Attorney General has filed multiple charges, including indecent assault against a person less than 13 years old, rape, unlawful contact with minor sexual offenses, and endangering the welfare of children – parent or guardian.

A spokesperson for the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office told 6ABC that due to the case being led by another agency, they could not provide further comment.

Local authorities have set bail at $250,000; other reports suggest it is $500,000. Stephens’ next court appearance is scheduled for December 29.

NATO troops directly involved in Ukraine conflict – Russia

Defense Minister Sergey Shoigu has claimed that US, UK, and Polish military personnel are operating air defense and multiple launch rocket systems

Several NATO member states have boots on the ground in the Ukraine conflict, Russian Defense Minister Sergey Shoigu has claimed. He alleged that Western military personnel are operating certain weapons systems, and that hundreds of satellites belonging to the US-led military bloc are providing Kiev with surveillance.

Speaking at a meeting of Defense Ministry officials on Tuesday, where President Vladimir Putin was also present, Shoigu stated that “NATO service members are directly operating air defense systems, tactical ballistic missiles, and multiple launch rocket systems” in Ukraine. He cited radio intercepts featuring English and Polish speakers. According to the minister, Western officers are also playing an active role in preparing Ukrainian military operations as well as training troops, both in their home countries and in Ukraine.

Russian officials have repeatedly warned that ever-deepening Western involvement in the conflict unnecessarily increases the chances of a direct military confrontation between NATO and Moscow.

The Russian defense chief went on to claim that more than 5,000 foreign fighters have been killed since hostilities broke out in February 2022, with 1,427 Polish, 466 US, and 344 UK nationals among them.

“Working in the Ukrainian Armed Forces’ interest are 410 NATO military and dual-purpose space devices,” Shoigu estimated.

He also lauded Russia’s defense industry for ramping up production in the past 18 months and helping prevent ammunition shortages on the front lines. “Despite the sanctions, we are manufacturing more high-tech weaponry than NATO countries,” Shoigu continued.

The minister concluded by stating that “as of today, the Russian army is the best-prepared and most combat-ready in the world, armed with cutting-edge weapons tested in combat.”

Putin insisted at the same meeting that the West’s efforts to inflict a strategic defeat on Russia have failed.

Speaking to the Ukrainian branch of US state-run broadcaster Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty (RFE/RL) on Friday, Kiev’s former ambassador to the UK, Vadim Prystaiko, claimed that Britain is developing plans to potentially deploy troops to Ukraine.

The diplomat, who was fired after criticizing Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky, went on to suggest that while Western officials will deny any such plans, foreign deployments are still possible under certain circumstances.

Emails Show Biden Admin Coordinating With Enviro Group That’s Suing Them

The Biden administration communicated about changes to a landmark environmental law with a major eco-group that is suing the federal government over the law in question, emails obtained by the Functional Government Initiative (FGI) and shared exclusively with the Daily Caller News Foundation show.

The emails, exchanged in May 2021, show that Kristen Boyles, a managing attorney for Earthjustice, contacted the Department of Justice (DOJ) to request information about the White House Council on Environmental Quality’s (CEQ) forthcoming rulemakings on the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), a decades-old environmental law. The communications occurred as Earthjustice was suing the Biden administration in an ongoing NEPA lawsuit and show that President Joe Biden’s CEQ was willing to provide at least some information.

At the time of these communications, the Biden administration had not yet made public its specific proposal for the NEPA rulemakings. The administration published the new rules in the Federal Register in October 2021.

“These emails certainly raise suspicions that there is some inappropriate conduct by the DOJ lawyer,” Steve Milloy, a senior legal fellow for the Energy and Environment Legal Institute, told the DCNF. “That the information being privately provided to Earthjustice is then redacted in the FOIA request makes the exchange doubly suspicious.”

NEPA has been one of the most important and contentious environmental laws on the books. Former President Richard Nixon signed it into law in 1970. The law dictates how federal agencies must assess potential ecological impacts of major projects, like new highways, according to the Environmental Protection Agency.

NEPA is also the most frequently-litigated federal environmental statute, according to the Congressional Research Service. Environmental groups often use NEPA lawsuits as a way to hold up energy projects they oppose.

The Trump CEQ modernized NEPA to make it easier to build infrastructure projects in July 2020, reducing the rule’s complexity and its vulnerability to excessive litigation. Earthjustice filed a lawsuit that same month, alleging that the Trump CEQ had illegally overhauled the statute.

UK Wants to Build Mini-Nuke Plants in Ukraine

Ukraine can decentralise its power supply network by building a series of “mini nuclear power plants”, British engineering giant Rolls Royce believes.

Rolls Royce is exploring rolling out its proposed Small Modular Reactors (SMRs) to Ukraine, using the technology to convert former coal-fired power stations to nuclear. While the British SMR concept of cheaper, smaller reactors has yet to be proven in practice, Rolls Royce hopes to be also to roll out the power stations quickly and at a cheaper energy-unit cost than conventional, larger stations and is attempting to build SMRs for the British government as part of the rush to ‘net zero’.

Britain’s Daily Telegraph reports the proposed Rolls Royce construction of SMRs in Ukraine is being explored with Ukrainian billionaire Rinat Akhmetov and that eight coal power stations are being investigated for conversion, including two presently in Russian-occupied territory.

US military 41,000 troops short of recruitment goal

The United States military missed its recruiting goal by a combined total of 41,000 personnel across its various branches in 2023.

The acting undersecretary for the Pentagon’s personnel and readiness, Ashish Vazirani, recently confirmed to Congress that the U.S. Armed Forces missed recruiting goals by roughly 41,000 recruits in fiscal year 2023.

The Daily Mail reported that the U.S. Army is expected to have 445,000 active-duty soldiers, representing an 8.4% or 40,000 decrease in soldiers over the past three years. The U.S. Navy is expected to have a decrease of 10,000 sailors, marking a 3% reduction, and the U.S. Air Force is expected to have a decrease of 13,475 airmen, representing a 4% reduction. Finally, the U.S. Marine Corps is expected to have a decrease of 8,900 active-duty members, marking almost a 5% reduction over the past three years.

According to Vazirani, recruitment has been hindered by a “strong economy,” which has provided young Americans with “more options” to choose from. He also claimed that the United States currently has a smaller population eligible for military recruitment.

Vazirani listed multiple challenges related to the generation of Americans born between 1997 and 2012, known as Generation Z. The acting undersecretary for personnel and readiness explained that Generation Z has a low level of trust in institutions, is less likely than previous generations to follow traditional career paths, and has fewer relatives who served in the military.

According to Military Times, while the 2024 National Defense Authorization Bill received bipartisan support for reduced military numbers, multiple lawmakers have expressed concern that the reduction in the size of the military could lead to national security risks.

“We need a larger force, in every branch,” Sen. Roger Wicker (R-Miss.), a member of the Senate Armed Services Committee, said. “But the reality of recruiting is driving the numbers, not what we actually need.”

According to Military Times, Robert Greenway, director of the Heritage Foundation’s Center for National Defense, has also warned against reducing military levels in the annual National Defense Authorization Act.

“Instead of addressing the problem, the answer has been to move the goalposts and reduce the positions in the services,” Greenway stated. “So they are institutionalizing the problem, and that’s not a good approach.”

Lloyd Austin Visits Israel, Vows Continued Support for Gaza Slaughter

The defense secretary says the US commitment to Israel is 'unshakable'

Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin met with Israeli officials in Tel Aviv on Monday and vowed continued US military support for the Israeli onslaught on Gaza despite the massive civilian casualty rate.

In a meeting with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, Austin said the US “commitment to Israel is unshakeable,” according to The Times of Israel. “America’s commitment to Israel is unwavering, and no individual group or state should test our resolve,” he said.

Austin vowed the US would continue to provide Israel with “the equipment that you need to defend your country,” referring to bombs and other military aid the US has been shipping to Israel since October 7 on a near-daily basis.

US officials have said they want Israel to wrap up the current phase of its war, which involves constant airstrikes and a ground campaign, in the next few weeks and take a more targeted approach against Hamas. Austin said the US had thoughts about more “surgical” operations but made clear the timeline of the onslaught is up to Israel.

“Regarding the timeline, this is Israel’s operation, and I’m not here to dictate timelines or terms. Our support to Israel’s right to defend itself is ironclad, as you’ve heard me say a number of times, and that’s not going to change,” he said.

At a press conference with Austin, Israeli Defense Minister Yoav Gallant said the Israeli military will “continue to operate in different levels of intensity” as it sees fit and will eventually be able to “transition gradually to the next phase.”

When discussing civilian casualties, Austin said that “protecting Palestinian civilians in Gaza is both a moral duty and a strategic imperative” but also gave cover for the Israeli slaughter of civilians. He said the density of Gaza’s population makes it “very, very difficult to conduct any military operation.”

While US officials claim they are concerned about civilian casualties in Gaza, they are not considering placing any conditions on military aid or limits on the use of US-provided bombs. Since October 7, Israel’s onslaught has killed over 19,000 Palestinians, including over 7,500 children.

U.S. Taxpayer Money Funding Alex and George Soros’ Open Society Foundation Despite Their Active Interference in the 2024 Presidential Election

Records reveal that American taxpayer money is funding Alex and George Soros’ Open Society Foundation. An organization called the National Endowment for Democracy is funded with Congressional appropriations (American taxpayer dollars) that top $300 million a year and is listed on Soros Society documents as a “cofounder” to Soros Society projects. Ukraine seems to be the link between Soros’ Open Society Organization and the National Endowment for Democracy; records show that the National Endowments’ Ukraine work is centered around Soros-backed organizations. In November, Loomer reported that Alex Soros was in Ukraine as the United States Congress was discussing Ukraine funding. Soros’ Open Society organization has been funding efforts to remove President Trump from the ballot.

The critical part of the Soros Open Society funding documentation reads, “National governments in several countries, including Germany, the Netherlands, Sweden, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, and the United States, that co-fund programs sponsored by Soros foundations in those countries, especially in education.” The National Endowment for Democracy is then listed as the organization from the United States of America that co-funds Soros Society projects.

Documents related to the National Endowment for Democracy’s funding show the organization received $315 million in United States taxpayer funds in the year 2022. The organization then distributed those funds to organizations like Soros’ Open Society Fund. Sadly, the National Endowment for Democracy has not and is not required to publicly disclose how much they have given to Soros groups.

Newsweek: Calling for a Ceasefire is Anti-Semitic

Calling for a ceasefire is "antisemitic" and a call for Jewish genocide, according to Newsweek opinion writer Hen Mazzig.

Mazzig, a Zionist LGBTQ+ activist and "former" IDF commander, on Sunday attempted to reframe calls to end the Israel-Gaza war as "deeply antisemitic" demands for Jews to "embrace their own genocide."

From Newsweek, "Calling for a Ceasefire Is an Antisemitic Demand That Jews Endorse Our Own Genocide":

When dozens of protestors halted traffic on a major Los Angeles highway this week, it was the latest in a string of major public calls for a ceasefire in the Israel-Hamas war. The demonstration, led by the notorious anti-Israel group IfNotNow, followed a vote for a ceasefire between Israel and Hamas from 153 countries (the U.S. voted against) during an emergency special session of the United Nations General Assembly.

As an Israeli Jew who helped Palestinian civilians during my five year service in the Israeli Defense Forces, I would love nothing more than for our two peoples to live side by side in peace. Innocent Palestinians deserve every freedom and to realize their national aspirations. Sadly, the only thing standing between us and a ceasefire is Hamas, a terrorist organization whose raison d'etre is to eliminate Israel and kill Jews.

For this reason alone, calls for a ceasefire are neither a commitment to human rights nor an effort to preserve life. Instead, they are a demand that Jews not defend themselves from genocide.

UN Demands Crackdown on Food Supply to ‘Fight Climate Change’

The United Nations (UN) is demanding that governments around the world launch a coordinated crackdown on the global food supply in order to “fight climate change.”

The call was made by the UN’s Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO).

The head of the FAO is former Chinese Communist Party (CCP) official Qu Dongyu, who served as China’s vice minister of Agriculture and Rural Affairs.

The unelected UN is demanding that sovereign nations place strict limits on their agriculture industries, specifically meat and dairy production, to comply with the World Economic Forum’s (WEF) “Net Zero” targets for “Agenda 2030.”

On Sunday, the FAO published a report commanding policymakers to substantially alter agricultural markets to align the global agricultural system with the WEF’s green agenda.

Despite the FAO claiming that the move seeks to “save the planet” for “the greater good,” the motivations of the organization have been called into question.

FAO chief Dongyu has been repeatedly accused of using his post at the unelected global institution to advance Beijing’s specific interests, according to Politico.

The outlet notes that Dongyu has ignored other issues, such as food shortages and hunger crises around the world, while focusing on efforts to crack down on Western nations’ agriculture industries.

“Providing healthy food for all, today and tomorrow, is crucial; as is aligning agrifood systems transformation with climate actions,” the FAO report states.

“Agrifood systems should address food security and nutrition needs, but they host a large number of actions aligned with mitigation, adaptation, and resilience objectives.

“Simultaneously, the climate agenda could mobilize climate finance to unlock the potential of these systems and drive their transformation.”

The report asserts that individuals in wealthier nations can “gain” from reduced meat consumption.

The FAO argues that reducing public meat consumption will improve citizens’ health and help them “fight climate change.”

Klaus Schwab wants to stop the retreat of globalisation and global governance with a new form of globalisation and global governance

Klaus Schwab and Thierry Malleret’s book ‘Covid-19: The Great Reset’ identified “the global governance free fall” as an existential challenge and if we do not collaborate “we are doomed.”

“Nation states make global governance possible (one leads the other),” the book states. “The more nationalism and isolationism pervade the global polity, the greater the chance that global governance loses its relevance and becomes ineffective. Sadly, we are now at this critical juncture. Put bluntly, we live in a world in which nobody is really in charge.”

The book defines “global governance” as the cooperation among transnational actors to respond to global problems and “globalisation” as a broad and vague notion that refers to the global exchange between nations of goods, services, people, capital and data.

Although global governance is defined as a different concept, they are intertwined and the reasons for its “free fall” are the same as those for the retreat of globalisation.

The solution to the retreat from globalisation, Schwab and Malleret said, was a new form of globalisation which required policies and effective global governance.

Earlier this month, the US deep state’s Council on Foreign Relations publicised what they proposed to do about the rise in anti-globalisation through two interviews. One was with Peter Trubowitz, an associate fellow at the UK deep state’s Chatham House. The other was with Kristalina Georgieva, Managing Director of the International Monetary Fund.

The general outcome of both was that the plan was to counteract anti-globalisation with a different form of globalisation. Trubowitz suggested that what needs to be done is “to re-imagine the relationship between foreign and domestic policies” while Georgieva suggested “concentrating on the areas where, without working together, we are doomed.” The examples she gave as “we are doomed” without globalisation were “climate change,” the “green transition” and debt.

Read more: Council on Foreign Relations tries to combat rise of anti-globalisation

Not only were Trubowitz and Georgieva parroting each other in the ideas and some of the language they used, but both were parroting Klaus Schwab and his book ‘The Great Reset’.

Plans to tackle Anti-Globalisation with a New Globalisation

After having to admit that it is inevitable that “some deglobalisation will happen,” the authors of ‘The Great Reset’ attempted to instil fear about anti-globalisation.

“A hasty retreat from globalisation would entail trade and currency wars, damaging every country’s economy, provoking social havoc and triggering ethno- or clan nationalism,” the authors claimed. (See The Great Reset pg. 81)

They proposed “managing” the retreat of globalisation with a new form of globalisation. Written using the verbiage of the United Nations’ 2030 Agenda, the new globalisation, according to Schwab and Malleret, will be “a much more inclusive and equitable form that … makes it sustainable, both socially and environmentally.”

The Death of Israel

Israel will appear triumphant after it finishes its genocidal campaign in Gaza and the West Bank. Backed by the United States, it will achieve its demented goal. Its murderous rampages and genocidal violence will exterminate or ethnically cleanse Palestinians. Its dream of a state exclusively for Jews, with any Palestinians who remain stripped of basic rights, will be realized. It will revel in its blood-soaked victory. It will celebrate its war criminals. Its genocide will be erased from public consciousness and tossed into Israel’s huge black hole of historical amnesia. Those with a conscience in Israel will be silenced and persecuted.

But by the time Israel achieves its decimation of Gaza — Israel is talking about months of warfare — it will have signed its own death sentence. Its facade of civility, its supposed vaunted respect for the rule of law and democracy, its mythical story of the courageous Israeli military and miraculous birth of the Jewish nation, will lie in ash heaps. Israel’s social capital will be spent. It will be revealed as an ugly, repressive, hate-filled apartheid regime, alienating younger generations of American Jews. Its patron, the United States, as new generations come into power, will distance itself from Israel the way it is distancing itself from Ukraine. Its popular support, already eroded in the U.S., will come from America’s Christianized fascists who see Israel’s domination of ancient Biblical land as a harbinger of the Second Coming and in its subjugation of Arabs a kindred racism and white supremacy.

Truth Is The Biggest Threat To Democracy In DC

Early this year, Jack Teixeira, a 21-year-old Massachusetts Air National Guard member, was arrested and charged with transmission of national defense information and other charges. Teixeira allegedly leaked classified documents on the Ukraine war and other foreign policy issues to a Discord gaming group. The document propagated from there and appeared in many news articles in the following months.

The Post article sympathetically portrays the struggles of U.S. government officials fighting to suppress the unapproved eruption of hard facts. In a passage sue to boost sales of Kleenex inside the Beltway, the Post quotes a U.S. government official who was permitted to remain anonymous: “We were blindsided and furious,”

The Post, which partnered with PBS for a television program on the Discord leaks, noted that the “top secret… leaks predicted Ukraine’s failure to make substantial gains in its counteroffensive — a multibillion-dollar effort that cost tens of thousands of Ukrainian and Russian lives. The bleak forecast provided a sharp contrast to Washington’s optimistic messaging on the war, and it hurt Ukraine’s relationship with its chief backer, the U.S. government.” The “bleak forecast” was vastly more accurate than anything emitted by the Biden White House. A senior defense official (anonymous, of course) told the Post that the Pentagon raced to determine “what information may have been compromised.” But the real challenge was determining which official lies had been debunked.

The Post bewailed how the leaks discomfited the Ukrainian government. The Post noted that the “the leaks included never-before-released casualty estimates for Ukrainian forces, weaknesses in Ukraine’s ability to service damaged armored vehicles and the country’s shrinking supply of air defense munitions, which left population centers vulnerable to Russian cruise missile strikes and drones. Other documents warned that Ukraine was struggling to sustain troops, artillery and equipment, which probably would result in only “modest territorial gains” that fall “well short” of Kyiv’s goals.”

But the only reason that the “leaks” caused an international uproar is because U.S. government officials and their foreign partners had been brazenly lying about Ukrainian successes and prospects for victory. Folks who read foreign news sources or independent American outlets or websites (such as Mises.org) were far more likely to recognize that the war would have no happy ending for either Ukraine or Russia.

Israeli Army Says It Took Control of Jabalya Camp in Northern Gaza as Khan Yunis Invasion Deepens

The IDF has captured Jabalya and dismantled the northern Hamas brigade that operated in the area, according to the IDF spokesman.

"Jabalya is not the Jabalya it used to be." said an IDF commander, Brig. Gen. Itzik Cohen. "We killed hundreds of terrorists and arrested about 500 terror suspects, some of whom took part in the events of October 7," adding that the Israeli army is now operating in the heart of Gaza City with operational freedom."

Cohen said that the northern Hamas brigade "is completely dismantled, a significant part of it is destroyed in general, and it has ceased to exist as a military framework." Cohen also said that the homes of 57 Hamas operatives who took part in the October 7 massacre were destroyed.
