Lawsuit Alleges Company Targets Hispanic Borrowers with False Statements about Homesites
The Justice Department and Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) today sued Colony Ridge, a Texas-based developer and lender, for operating an illegal land sales scheme and targeting tens of thousands of Hispanic borrowers with false statements and predatory loans.
“Today’s complaint alleges that Colony Ridge targeted Hispanic consumers with predatory loans, misled borrowers about the water, sewer, and electrical infrastructure on its lots, and exploited language barriers by conducting most of its marketing in Spanish while offering important transaction documents only in English,” said Attorney General Merrick B. Garland. “Discrimination in lending harms families and neighborhoods for generations, it is wrong, and it has no place in our country. That is why I launched the Department’s Combating Redlining Initiative more than two years ago and why we remain steadfast in our commitment to continue this work.”
Gonna be honest with muh frens here, I've lived among illegals most of my life. Some of the hardest-working, best people I know are prolly illegal. I don't know because nobody ever asks.
I know many native born Texans who are nothing but fat, white dough blobs, or dried meth lizards, leeching off other people, then griping they they arent given enough, who absolutely refuse to work (I can say that because I'm white). I have never seen a Mexican do that.
I know what must be done must be done. 100% in favor of closing the border, but my outside the box thinking says vet these illegals already here, and those found worthy, take the citizenship of the slugs and give it to the worthy illegals. Send the native slugs back across the border.

Most of our ancestors were immigrants. I understand the rule of law, and know it must be followed. It just seems a waste to send then hard-working, decent folks back, and keep the leeches.
