Love the idea of California, Oregon, Washington falling into the ocean.
Concordia is the trigger, and has mapped the line, watch the water, all 170 feet tall of it as it washes the scum to the sea.
I remote viewed them and my river front property becomes ocean front property, unless of course that's just before the lava reaches me from behind.
