It’s the largest all-cash acquisition in history.

If you’re not familiar with SEAGEN, they do lots of research on CANCER and MONOCLONAL ABs.

SEAGEN’s current CEO is DAVID R. EPSTEIN.

(He was appointed on NOVEMBER 9, 2022… the DAY AFTER THE STOLEN MIDTERMS, folks.)

💥As you can see, many of the usual racketeers were involved with brokering the deal (Guggenheim Securities, LLC., Wachtel, Lipton, Rosen & Katz, Sullivan & Cromwell, LLP., etc., etc.), just so you KNOW it’s legit lol.

💥FUN FACT: They have a COLLABORATION AGREEMENT with GENENTECH, INC. And if you’re sitting there asking yourself “who TF is GENENTECH?” right now, don’t worry. I got you.
