Cant prep a cheaper cut of meat so it tastes like this alleged “good $24 Steak” thus don’t know how to prep and cook
I can take a cheap ( what us considered that know) make it taste way better than the “$24 Steak”
It takes 5 minutes to prep and three days to dry
