FASCISM: Democrats in Four States Including Florida, Tennessee, North Carolina, and Massachusetts Decide to Have Only Joe Biden on the Primary Ballot

Four states—Florida, Tennessee, North Carolina, and Massachusetts—have decided to force voters with a single option for the Democratic primaries: Joe Biden.

The decision, which effectively crowns Joe Biden as the Democratic nominee in those states without primary contestation, has incited allegations of disenfranchisement and questions about the democratic process within the party.

The true threat to the demise of our democracy lies with the Democrats, not Donald Trump. The communist party will now decide the Democratic Party’s nominee and who they install into the White House.

The Florida Democratic Executive Committee announced that in the upcoming primary elections, the ballot will only feature the name of Joe Biden, effectively excluding any potential challengers within the party.

NOT JUST COLORADO: Here Are the 16 Other States Where President Trump’s Enemies are Trying to Kick Him Off the Ballot – Nine Active Cases Brought by Long-Shot GOP Presidential Candidate

As Gateway Pundit readers know, President Trump was disqualified from the ballot in Colorado in 2024 thanks to their far-left Supreme Court. The Court dubiously cited Section 3 of the US Constitution’s 14th Amendment which states public officials who have “engaged in insurrection or rebellion against” the US may be disqualified from public office.

The state’s high court left room for an appeal. The ruling will go into effect on January 4, 2024.

But one would be mistaken to believe this is the end of Trump’s ballot challenges, and you can partially thank a “Republican” Presidential candidate for this.

According to a database maintained by Lawfare, 16 other states have pending legal challenges to the 45th President’s eligibility for office under the 14th Amendment. Like Colorado, the lawsuits fallaciously claim that Trump is barred because he engaged in an insurrection with his so-called actions during the Capitol Hill protest on Jan. 6, 2021.

Here is the full list:

Alaska

Arizona

Maine

Michigan

Nevada

New Jersey

New Mexico

New York

Oregon

South Carolina

Texas

Vermont

Virginia

West Virginia

Wisconsin

Wyoming

The New York Times reports four of these lawsuits — in Michigan, Oregon, New Jersey, and Wisconsin — have been filed in state courts. Eleven lawsuits — in Alaska, Arizona, Nevada, New York, New Mexico, South Carolina, Texas, Vermont, Virginia, West Virginia, and Wyoming — have been filed in federal district courts.

The paper also notes that while a federal case in Maine fell by the wayside, it still has another challenge to Trump pending.

The Times reveals nine of the active federal cases were brought by John Anthony Castro, a long-shot Republican presidential candidate. He has filed challenges in 27 states regarding Mr. Trump’s eligibility on the ballot under the 14th Amendment over the years, including a case with the Supreme Court.

Joe Biden and Democrats Block Marianne Williamson from Ballot in Same Week they Toss Trump from Colorado Ballot… Then Preach “Democracy” to the Gullible Idiots

On Tuesday night, the Colorado Supreme Court of Democrat-appointed justices ruled the state will not allow President Donald Trump ‘s name on the state’s ballots for the 2024 election. They claim this is due to his incitement of the Jan. 6, 2021, US Capitol riot – something he’s never been charged for or convicted of.

Trump has not been charged with engaging in insurrection or rebellion against the United States.

This undemocratic move is unprecedented in the history of the United States except for one other time.

Back in 1860 the Democrats removed Abraham Lincoln’s name from the ballots in their slave states. Republican Abe Lincoln went on to win the election anyway.

On Wednesday, Democrats tossed Democrat Marianne Williamson from the ballot in Massachusetts for the primary.

Biden-Harris 2024 Campaign Likens Trump to Hitler

President Joe Biden’s 2024 campaign accused former President Donald Trump of “parroting” Nazi dictator Adolf Hitler, likening statements of the two in a highly inflammatory social media post Wednesday featuring images of both side by side.

The official Biden-Harris rapid response X (formerly Twitter) account posted the graphic, which compares statements of Hitler with Trump’s, along with the caption “Trump parrots Hitler.”

The white flag?

The End Of Social Democracy

A friend reminded me of a piece I wrote in 2017 that predicted the end of social democracy. This was three years before lockdowns, and it strikes me even now as a correct prediction. It is now under stress as never before. In fact, it seems doomed. But what comes after is still in question.

The settled system of social democracy emerged all over the Western world in the 20th century. We got rid of monarchical power (late 19th century), imposed direct rule via voting in large parts of the industrialized world (post-Great War), built up welfare states (1930s), and then assigned a managerial technocratic class to manage the bureaucracies, public finance, and global economics (post-WW2).

The eventual result was not liberalism from ages past or despotism traditionally understood but a combination of systems that the elites hoped would be stable, pleasing to the electorate, consistent with continued economic growth, and yield positive outcomes for health and population welfare overall.

The classic statement summing up this view in book form came in 1960: “The End of Ideology” by Daniel Bell.

A self-described “socialist in economics, liberal in politics, and conservative in culture,” he said that all wild-eyed visions of politics had come to an end. They would all be replaced by a system of rule by experts that everyone will love forever.

To be sure, the ultimate end-of-ideology system is freedom itself. Genuine liberalism (which probably shouldn’t be classified as an ideology at all) doesn’t require universal agreement on some system of public administration. It tolerates vast differences of opinion on religion, culture, behavioral norms, traditions, and personal ethics. It permits every form of speech, writing, association, and movement. Commerce, producing and trading toward living better lives, becomes the lifeblood.

Container rates hit $10,000 as ocean freight inflation soars in Red Sea crisis

With 158 vessels carrying approximately $105 billion in ocean freight being diverted away from the Red Sea amid the risk of continuing Houthis’ attacks, cargo prices are soaring.

Just when Covid supply chain inflation seemed vanquished, ocean freight rates are increasing 40 percent on some trade routes and container prices reaching $10,000, with some logistics executives concerned about “opportunistic” price gouging.

IKEA, one of the companies to say there will be delays in products reaching stores, tells CNBC it is reviewing options to move freight, while Danone is disputing reports that it is experiencing short-term supply chain delays.
