So after years of litigation with thr 3M Earplug Lawsuit, the biggest Class-Action Case in History. Archer Systems, a privately owned Administratrative Law specialist arbitrarily makes up rules in a vacuum screwing Injured Veterans out of their claims. They set an arbitrary rule of not accepting Baseline Audiograms before 2000. I enter the service with perfect hearing in 1995. But that doesn't count so my Audiograms which show the Severe hearing loss, compared to the baseline, become the baseline thereby nullifying my hearing loss.

I told my Lawfirm Thomas J. Henry, which basically told me I had to go hang, to Go Fuck Themselves. 3M worked out a super shady agreement that 98% of Injured Vets had to participate in this Fucked Up Settlement anyways so it's a complet wash anyways.
