Any pagan holiday that coincides with Easter, has only to do with their Spring, Mayday, equinox stuff. Celebrating fertility and all that. The bunnies and the eggs celebrate fertility.

Same with Christmas. Christmas got mixed in with the Winter solstice pagan holiday celebrations. And with St. Nicholas Day, which is actually on Dec. 6, and started the whole Santa thing.
Christian people know what the true meanings of the holidays are and can use them as an opportunity to spread the Good News of Jesus' birth (Christmas) and his sacrifice for our sins (Good Friday & Easter).
