why respond to an overt intrusion by a foreign military aircraft 'secretly'? Who does that protect?

Citizen journalists were posting phone pics of this thing as it was plainly visible. And we respond 'in secret'? sounds like Biden campaign doing low effort PR image repair

kek nbc in PANIC mode.

Anything Roger Stone does is fake and gay. Him getting arrested on live TV was The Boss sending a message to the deepstate their infiltrator was burned. Long history doing swamp shit - same DC boutique firm with Rick Gates and Manafort (also arrested).

They made a career working for the RNC running into the ground campaigns of any candidate that poses a threat to the power structure. They would have all 3 managing leading contenders and coordinate who wins and loses. This is how DC works.

Try finding any reporting on their career being associated with Trump. They insert themselves and the media plays ball, immediately hyping how they are trusted confidantes of Trump while they play the villain.

In short, if you want to create an image of corruption or criminality around a candidate these are the goons you send in. Then they magically catch a case after the mockingbird media has sufficiently carpet bombed the public with articles about how 'close' they are to the candidate. Of course they get close because they bring in the big donors, and it's all part of the show. All the world's a stage.

There's other important terms like writ of mandamus, amicus breif etc that really everyone should know, not just lawyers. Legal process at the highest levels is really like the only functional philosophy.

Diving into the Supreme Court opinions is honestly one of the most fascinating and rewarding ways to learn about the constitution and general history of our country. You will be absolutely stunned how eloquent and sophisticated people used to be vs. how movies typically portray. At all levels of society people used to know and care a great deal more about the law and legal process (before civic engagement got nuked by sports).

Here's a good resource for SCOTUS research, I recommend starting with Marbury v. Madison for beginners
