What’s interesting is the language used and also how his ideas seemed to take hold with the CTI League files crew.

The report was coauthored with DisinfoPortals, Alina Polyakova, etc. The DisinfoPortal had many major members from the CTI League files, Nina Jankowicz, and also TONS from the Integrity Initiative. Alina is also CEO of CEPA, an already proven Integrity Initiative partner.
The DisinfoPortal was created by the Atlantic Council, yet another Integrity Initiative Partner. Their DFRLAB, involved in our Election Integrity Partnership (EIP), is also DisinfoPortal and Integrity Initiative partners.
Susan Corke, another co-author, was a senior fellow and dir of the
Transatlantic Democracy Working Group (TDWG) with The German Marshall Fund of the US (GMF). There she addressed “democratic” backsliding in Europe. The GMF is Alliance For Securing Democracy, aka Hamilton68. And GMF is yet another DisinfoPortal partner.
Susan Corke is also the Dir of the Intelligence Project at the SPLC.

Interestingly, DisinfoPortal is partnered with the Ukraine Crisis Media Centre (UCMC) in Kyiv, a hybrid warfare analytical group.
For the Ukraine Orange Revolution, the Ukraine Crisis Media Centre (UCMC) was founded by a group of media experts and civic activists to enhance Ukraine’s potential for resistance in the information space.
Kyiv coincidentally was also a key CTI League crew (Misinfocon) romping ground. And Soros wanted to create a Kyiv partnered university which was delayed because of the war.
The DisinfoPortal is also partnered with the Serbian Center for Euro-Atlantic Studies (CESA).

The founder of this Disinfo Portal partner, Center for Euro-Atlantic Studies (CEAS) actively supported the work of the, “non-violent”, resistance movement OTPOR (Resistance), which significantly contributed to the fall of Slobodan Milosevic.
Another Disinfo Portal partner is the NED’s (CIA), International Forum for Democratic Studies, known for using regime change thru Serbian Otpor. The very folks that trained the US resistance.
Remember this term, “illiberal actors” and Hungary and Poland. You’ll see where I’m going with this.
