Found this picture without a plate and that is what I saw but the vehicle was in red. I thought it was a bad Hyundai or Honda emblem because I saw a squarish metallic H and now looking at it, it was the bracket for the plate, so they were up to no good. I have seen this vehicle following my wife on Sunday's before church. Last Sunday they came down the block but when they saw me they turned. These are probably the same people that contaminate her bus stop with chemicals too.
