The EO gives the OK to have the 470 coordinate their efforts with green suiters, with the green suiters walking their prosecutorial findings through the UCMJ.
Empanel Grand Jury in Utah (for example) away from DC. After all that is said and done, and the fuckers are locked away, coordinate Tribunals for the tippy top offenders. The 470 get to work with MI to coordinate their prosecution at that level. As Q likes to say:
