BAKER

How's this logic?

> Q says the server is in possession.

>Awan prosecuted under Bank Fraud

> Treasury Department's Financial Crimes Unit will probably investigate

> We will all hear more about FINCen shortly.

See August 3rd letter from Rep. Desantis to Jeff Sessions asking for an investigation into financial transactions (pic related):

Even though it looks like a deal was cut, the prosecution didn't lose anything, because they are going after the financial transactions, not the DNC stuff.

It's like when you're a kid and you buy a happy meal to get the toy.

DNC stuff = happy meal (DOJ prosecution)

Toy = "other" financial crimes (FinCEN prosecution)

I have no doubt Q is some sort of insider of superior intelligence.

Think of Q as a computer programmer, and anons as the computer, or hive mind.

Q is wiring in a cryptic form because he/she/they are writing code on the chans and observing what the anons come up with.

Even though the NSA and other alphabet agencies have all kinds of super computers, it takes an analyst to connect all the dots. So even with the best intel, the Q team is at minimum using anons as a sounding board to make sense of the data, in order to avoid some kind of internal bias.

It's like when you ask a child a question, and they come up with an answer to a problem you never thought of before.

I tried street view, but it only works from the west side of the facility. It looks like a large gravel area, and is probably a buried vault of some kind. It could be hidden for aesthetic reasons. I'd say it's either a water treatment plant or electrical substation.

The suburb is called Providence LV, and their map clearly identifies this as "the water district". Most suburbs when they expand, need to provide infrastructure for water and utilities.
