I just figured out how the satanists have managed to clone humans. We know that cloning of mammals is difficult, because the process seems to introduce flaws which cause the young clones to have developmental disorders, cancers and so on.

But I have figured out a technique that bypasses that problem. It is quite straightforward and based on statistics. Instead of making one clone, make lots. When a clone develops poorly, kill it. If more than one survive, choose the best, and kill the rest.

Simples!

For a satanist, killing babies is no problem. Not even if they are your own kids because satanists regularly do this. They really are evil so they are the only people who can clone humans at present. And Taylor Swift is likely not the only one out there.

Now, expand your thinking. It is a pain to spend years raising dozens of clones and killing off the weak ones. What if every one of them fails. But what if, you kidnap a bunch of young girls, impregnate them all, take their babies and then sell the girls as sex slaves or for use as sacrifice victims. Keep a few to raise the kiddies. Now you have a few dozen healthy babies, not a batch of mostly weak clones. And you can do the same thing, choose the strongest, and the best. And kill the rest. At the end, you can adopt one or two of the best ones, and foster the others out to "friends". Maybe they will just use them as pedo toys, maybe they will raise them as evil priests.
