>rue, many vets abuse the system.

Guess what, most systems have these flaws and loopholes and most people abuse those systems whether it is private or public. There are more worthless people with much bigger paychecks running most of the private sector than I saw at the VA, so your point is moot. Ever work with an IT manager who knew nothing about IT? I have, plenty of times, and some were making millions annually. Everything is politics.

You point is moot not because there is not some truth in edge cases but moot as there is abuse in most systems. The F500 are run by bloodlines mainly. They are the mainstays and hire consultant, steal their IP and energy, then throw them out on the streets to hire cheaper workers once they figured out the values. Congress abuses their systems too. It is all over the place, so do not single out the vets, most of them have more honor than those who have never served at all.

We have to pull the plug on Vanguard and Blackrock. These people are very savvy and are the bloodlines. All we need to do, is hire the right programmers that can make systems that are real time and dynamic to take care of all edge cases. It can be done, even I can do it alone if they would just answer the call.
