About 20 to 30 years ago I heard that weird things happen in Racine, Wisconsin. That it is some sort of a city that was set up for an alternate form of government or something like that.

Freed Black slave men were given the right to vote 60 years prior to any White woman (or any woman).
Boys who turned 21 were given the right to vote while their inferior mothers, aunts, and grandmothers were told to sit down and shut up.
Of course a 21 year old boy is much, much wiser than any woman who raised him could possibly be.
And men, of course being the only people with the right to vote would make it so that women stayed subjugated to them and had no rights to own property, or a business, etc., etc., etc.
Women should be in charge of making sandwiches for the menfolk, and that's it.
