As Yajweh explained, the "Ones" are those aspects of reality ineffable to the humanoids inhabiting the 5D galaxy into which Earth now Ascends. The "Ones" are what we might call Source or God or the Divine. One example would be the unfathomable depths of the Akashic Records. This Divine is called "the Ones" because He/They/It has many aspects, but one Unity.
My "Trinity" corresponds to colors and chakras: blue, green and red.
It is how I meditate, to harmonize my tripartite nature with the Divine Creator,
whose son we are, three in one.
Thus when confronting fear or lust, Yggdrasil is the relevant Aspect,
whereas when seeking the astral, the Ones is more suitable,
and for prayer, soul is best.
