Open-source reports state that over a ten-hour period from 03:30 UTC today, the USS Laboon was patrolling the Southern Red Sea (exact location not specified) and with the assistance of F/A-18 fighters from the Eisenhower Carrier Strike Group, shot down twelve one-way Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAV's), three anti-ship ballistic missiles and two land attack cruise missiles. The report states that all of the UAV's and missiles were fired from Houthi territory and that no damage to any ships in the area or casualties were reported.
I think this incident maybe the same as the UKMTO warning…

It has been reported that two possible Unmanned Aerial Vehicles were sighted by a vessel whilst underway 48nm Southwest of Hodeidah, Yemen. The Unmanned Aerial Vehicles were not detected on the vessel's radar and were flying at low altitude, they were only detected visually as a red light was sighted just prior to rounds being fired from the drones approximately 3nm off the vessel's location. The vessel was not directly engaged, was not hit by any rounds and has continued on her voyage.
