Good job, you're learning - here's a few more things to know.
*If you say "old time dough" or "same old dough" or put "e-bake" in the title, other bakers will assume it's an E-BAKE. They will likely assume baker is NOT continuing unless you make it clear you are.

Saying "old time dough" again makes bakers think bread was e-baked and PB notes were not collected. Avoid if everything is up to date.
*After you bake two breads, you don't have to ghost. You DO have to offer the bread at the dough post (e.g., "Baker can continue or defer").
Fine points for bakers but not immediately obvious.
