I remember quite awhile ago that SPFX had made the comment that government may want buyers of masks to register just like with firearms.
SPFX is super realistic; however, for that realistic feel, the silicone is thinner to look more real than other masks. That's the pro.
The con is that SPFX masks (you might pay up to a $1000 a mask) are prone to tears in the silicone (usually around mouth, eyes, and nostrils of the nose).
You can buy reinforced masks, such as CFX or Immortal, but the masks are thicker, heavier, and because of this, they might not seem as real in appearance as an SPFX.
So, if you want realism, then SPFX.
If you want durability (as for wearing for parties or Halloween), CFX or Immortal is my choice.
But if you really want to fool people (such as escaping communist China as an old white man), then look no further than SPFX.
Hypreflesh is super realistic in appearance because of the 3D printing, but their masks are static and do not move. They are for shock value entertainment only.
Now…I am sure that the C_i has perfected the 3D print and the SPFX quality…but you just don't see those types of masks around for the general public.
The Fauci masks needed to have and extended silicone breastplate that fits under the collar of the wearier to simulate realism.
