I'm excited to celebrate the 4th without a torrential downpour in DC. During Hussein, weather manipulation was constant. Clear skies gave way to heavy rain on cue as patriots assembled on the mall to honor our country. Fireworks hidden in the clouds.
Looks like the fireworks will be in the open this year.
