Haha! That's what I was thinking as well. His brother was definitely a patsy. Whether it was a Saudi Op or Cabal FF or whatever, Paddock was a patsy. It was NO coincidence that his brother had been under surveillance/investigation prior to the shooting. It's possible though, that the case was dropped against him in exchange for his silence.
What if:
What if POTUS Admin does not want the Saudi Op to become public knowledge, so /ourguys/ made this charge go away? If so, it means the charges were bogus to begin with. POTUS wouldn't allow those kinds of crimes to go away for silence.
Another what if:
What if he agreed to silence with /theirguys/? If so, the charges might have gone away…but so will he.
Either way, I'm not at all convinced he was guilty of what he was charged with. Too, "coincidental."
