The US Constitution, esp. the Bill of Rights is paramount, and is the soul of "America".
Just like I don't blame Jesus for the various evils inflicted upon innocents by "churches", I don't blame "America" or her original system of government for the atrocious actions of those criminals, which through her, committed mortal sins.
It's all only men. Naughty, naughty men.
