Oh I wish I'd caught your post, anon. There are lots of videos from homeopaths on YT, believe it or not. But ya, pineapple/bromelain is big! Some also say vitamin C, zinc, lysine, lutein, and something called zeaxanthin/xanthophyll help too. Still researching myself, but might wind up back on the quercetin/bromelain regiment anyway kek.
Botched it a bit…lutein and zeaxanthin are both xanthophylls, and antioxidants.
