It never really made any sense to me that SWAT would just storm any random residence that someone called about, especially when it's a very high profile individual such as Soros.
Even then, you'd think that certain powerful people would be off limits for frivolous calls. Obviously I have no personal knowledge of how SWAT is run, but it still strikes me as very odd.
So I see that he was (likely) involved in a SWATing, but I'm not sure what you're expecting this case should say about it.
