One of the white vans that had no back license plate from last week is at the neighbor to the east. Can't get the plate because of the purposeful angle. Moments after we went inside,wife said she saw a maroon ram in front of the house and as soon as she went out, the driver, who was just stepping out of the vehicle, got right back in and took off. They are planning something today. Please surveil.
