QR Bakers are not some kind of cabal.
It's just hard sometimes for anons doing different things to work together.
Diggers make a big contribution. Provide the bread and butter material which goes into notables. There's no regular "TY DIGGERS" custom, it's easy to forget the efforts they make. Getting notabled is the main way they are recognized - or not.
Anons are encouraged anons to be more active in nomming what they think is notable.
Bakers are encouraged to listen to feedback, especially when time allows.
Diggers are encouraged to consider carefully what is posted and to repost if something really matters. Also consider learning to note or bake, if you want more of a voice in selecting notes.
