Since "Apollo". Launch will be on a "Vulcan" rocket.
Got me wondering why NASA names trillion$ of dollars of taxpayer funded projects after ancient pagan gods. Seems kind of disrespectful to "One Nation, Under God". Kind of a thumb in Gods eye, if you will.
There had to be a reason for it, and there is.

His name was Abraham Silverstein. A humble American jewish boy who cooperated with the Nazi's in the space program to advance himself.

Despite the deflection of NASA historians that “Names given to spaceflight projects and programs have originated from no single source or method,” I have doubts, because of this.

Not one Apostle, not one Saint, not one Prophet, not one Tribe, not one Priest. Seems if we were looking to bless our endeavors we would do better not mocking the God upon which our nation was founded.
Even if they wanted to keep it secular there's not one:
Founding Father
Famous Statesmen
Decorated Soldier
Hallowed Battlefield
Genius Inventor
Brave Pioneer
Business Leader
Industrial Innovator
Doctor
Nurse
Or even a lowly politician. We did get a token Corporal and a WAC.
I'd like to think we deserved better.
