I sincerely wonder if this was intentional, a real life test of a warrior robot? Then Tesla just says "oops", unfortunate incident…we had to shut the bot down. Really? There should have been so many engineering controls (e.g. interlocks) designed and implemented into these bots to prevent this from happening and, as an EHS professional myself, I'm sure there were. So how did this "accident" happen. Something smells.
