wouldn't that mean that the people who believe there is no god can justify the the same to people who believe in God? there is no freedom from religion guaranteed, only freedom to your own free expression. The government isn't to mandate your beliefs, but its individuals are afforded their rights to their freedom of expression while in office and out of it. If we defined LGBTQ and BLM and its Marxist ilk as a religion, none of it could be mandatory doctrine forced upon our children in the government institution of school. In the question of God, everyone is a believer, one way or the other.
