Shiva was shilling a theory that people need to stop looking at voting machine fraud, that it's impossible to prove in court (LOL forensics mr. email). That was around the time when Lindell was Cyber Symposiuming and CMZ was focusing on imaging / thumb drives / chain of custody (but we also had a decade of HBO Hacking Democracy / Diebold / ESS machine / multiple Hackathon vulnerability 100% exposed on multiple machines by then.) He was saying only signature matching matters. Made no sense to me but some midlevel influencers I know were buying it.
Way I saw it, some people are easily influenced by Shiva's type of delivery ('everyone is dumber than me and deserves derision!') He may have some points, or may be a total scam. But it seems like he always has some angle that no one else is saying, like only he can see the truth, and everyone else is dumb. I mean, we can relate. There are other armchair QB's doing some good work, that never saw a court case they couldn't argue better for instance. But occams razor, a lone voice with a unique theory often means delusion or distraction.
Good with the bad, open mind. Curious what happens on digging, my words are not a solid conclusion but a view.
