Russian Hackers Were Inside Ukraine Telecoms Giant For Months

FTA:

The attack wiped "almost everything", including thousands of virtual servers and PCs, he said, describing it as probably the first example of a destructive cyberattack that "completely destroyed the core of a telecoms operator." During its investigation, the SBU found the hackers probably attempted to penetrate Kyivstar in March or earlier, he said in a Zoom interview on Dec. 27. "For now, we can say securely, that they were in the system at least since May 2023," he said. "I cannot say right now, since what time they had … full access: probably at least since November."

Anon noticed re-use of controversial acronym, CRT.

Would bet money this re-use was intentional.

E.g., "BLM" chosen for riot group "Black Lives Matter" to hide misdeeds of Bureau of Land Management and Bundys etc. Or Michelle Obama writing a book on transgender, so searches for "Michelle Obama transgender" will predominantly come up with book sales results, rather than QR research results. Etc.

Culturally Responsive Teachingis the new CRT:

US Department of Education Spending $4 Million To Teach 3,450 Kids CS Using Minecraft

Anon suspects [they]'ll use this to muddy the waters, e.g., "We're teaching CRT again!" When they aren't teaching Critical Race Theory, it's this new acronym that seems to sound just as racist: teaching by responding to cultures rather than teaching facts.

Also, re: digits in the article: why $12 less than $4 million? One answer from "this space" is, it gives it dubs and quads, $3,999,988. Also perhaps a reference to President Trump's negotiation of Air Force one? He said "make it a number that starts with a 3" and they did (although that was 3 billion):
