Probably because u have never wtepped infront of a judge before. You cannot have some side evidence presented in a case for a specific thing. Scope of arrest and arraignment isnt "everything under the sun".. its limited to an event or set of events for a specific thing/crime. If you all the sudden bring up Awans cut all tags from beds.. that has nothing to do w current case so either charge w new charges, which wwould not cause it isnt in same scope of current crime, or charge w whole new crimes in another court (new case/judge)
