They signal alliance with Trump, by imitating his gesture.
(Like when Trump put down the water bottle from the table and others followed, remember?).

Greece is bakcrupt now and fully owned by the EU, they, the Greek, cannot even make own decisions for their country.
Ask Tsipras and Yanoufakis about Christine Lagarde and how other countries bought off the infrastructure of bankrupt Greece.
Trump, Tsipras and Orban are working together.
None of the other leaders have noticed their signalling and none of the other leaders have imitated Trump's gesture.
(Would have been nice, if Trump had made a Pepe signal, but a signal of alliance is worth more, imo.)
