Well those places have elevators.
Nowhere on rape island do I see elevators.. now they could have them, but generally all elevators either have motors on a roof, or hydraulics down in the pit. I've never seen a hydraulic style underground, but it could work. Nowhere in the photos do I see a clearly elevator shaft/motor house.
And it's not USA.. so there's no ADHA rules
