What makes me sceptical of Q"s image is the way the curtain pleats align EXACTLY.

 

This would imply that Q's image was reflecting the scene from the exact same angle, time, and place as the professional photo we found as the reference point.

Yes. a few of the 3nd and 3rd generation iPhones had flack glass backs. A couple are in your pic related as well.

 

The rounded back of the 3GS (circa 2009?) might explain the distortion we see in the pic Q posted.

also consider it might be a reflection off the back of an older iphone. 3GS had a rounded black glass back..and that might explain the distortion we see in Q's reflected image.

The distortion we see in Q's reflected pic could be explained by the curved body.

 

Same explanation would apply if the reflection is made by the curved back of an iPhone 3GS.

If we are going to make that link, this would be one explanation.

 

Not aware of any other Apple 'servers' that have a reflective body like this.

 

Other theory is that Q's pic was taken during Obama's time. So it could be showing hte reflection off the back of a iphone 3GS, which has a curved glass back.
