You go infront of a judge, you are being charged w a crime, another case cannot be ran in that cases' spot/slot.. judge will say we are here for X reqson, if procecution wants to try the guy for Z then that is not here and now, you know that procecutor.. followed w a laugh and a i know, i know..
We need transcripts for what went on during trial. W/o that and just reading court notes.. you wont be able to determine what is really going on. Notes take forever to update, and usually when they do make it look like something it is not anyway.. we need court transcripts/video to know what is going on exactly.
